Terms of Service

Welcome to 3GOaTs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Velkor Projects Ltd. ("3GOaTs," "we," "us"), a company based in British Columbia, Canada, governing your use of the 3GOaTs website and application at 3goats.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use 3GOaTs. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly permit use by minors, and we may suspend or remove accounts we reasonably believe belong to anyone under 18.

2. What 3GOaTs is

3GOaTs is an AI-powered goal-setting and accountability tool. It helps you define goals, plan, and pursue them with the support of AI "coaches." It is a self-improvement and productivity service — nothing more, and importantly (see Section 4) nothing that substitutes for professional advice.

3. The AI coaches

3GOaTs provides coaching through AI characters (including Monte, Angora, and Billie). These are artificial intelligence systems, not human coaches, counsellors, or licensed professionals. Their responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your situation. You are responsible for how you act on anything a coach suggests.

4. Not professional advice; not a mental health service

Your 3GOaTs coach is an AI assistant designed to help you set and pursue personal goals. It is not a licensed therapist, counsellor, financial advisor, medical professional, or legal advisor. Coaching conversations are not a substitute for professional advice. 3GOaTs is not a mental health service, crisis line, or emergency service. 5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us at hello@3goats.ai of any unauthorized use.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to harm yourself or others.
Attempt to manipulate or "jailbreak" the AI coaches into producing harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
Upload or record unlawful content, or information about other people that you have no right to record.
Probe, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security.
Use the Service to build or train a competing product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that we reasonably believe pose a safety or security risk.

7. Your content and ownership

You own the content you create in 3GOaTs — your goals, your "pack" (skills, resources, people you record), and your coaching conversations ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (including sending it to our AI provider to generate coaching responses, as described in our Privacy Policy). This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies we must retain by law or that remain in routine backups for a limited period.

You are responsible for the content you record, including any information about third parties; only record what you have the right to.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service itself — the software, design, content we create, and the marks The Power of 3™ and 3GOaTs™ — is owned by Velkor Projects Ltd. and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service, except as needed to use it normally.

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Our Privacy Policy (3goats.ai/privacy) explains what we collect, how we use it, how AI processing works, and your rights. By using the Service you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that coaching output will be accurate or achieve any particular result. Outcomes from pursuing your goals are your own.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velkor Projects Ltd. and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) CAD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velkor Projects Ltd. from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party (including content you record about others).

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., 7 licence wind-down, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14) survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia for any dispute, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing, we encourage you to contact us at hello@3goats.ai so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves or the law changes. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give more prominent notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
