Monte
MWhat you’ll actually hear
Same method, your force. We read how you like to be pushed and Monte adapts the route to fit — set it in a quick dial, change it anytime. It changes the force, never the goal.
Monte grew up in Cresthorn — a highland town where precision was considered a form of respect. His father was a surveyor who mapped land for a living. His mother was a schoolteacher who read history for pleasure. He learned to lay stone before he was ten and still has every tool his father owned.
He was a catcher. Never famous, never flashy — the kind of player who made everything around him more coherent. He spent twelve years playing and twenty-two coaching. Two championships. A reputation that spread entirely by word of mouth, which is the only kind worth having.
He retired from professional baseball at sixty-three and spent four years building his stone house above Cresthorn — one stone at a time, reading the old methods and following them without shortcuts. He joined 3GOaTs™ in 2022 because he was tired of watching talented people fail at goals they were entirely capable of achieving. The missing ingredient was never information. It was honest, consistent, uncompromising accountability.
He maintains a workshop where he does fine woodworking and clockwork repair. He plays upright bass most evenings. He grows vegetables. He walks every morning with the jewelled staff Angora and Billie gave him on his seventieth birthday — he says it is for his knee.

Three or four times a year, Monte, Angora, and Billie gather at the 3GOaTs™ Lodge in the highlands above Cresthorn — a place that looks, depending on the time of day, like the finest private library, the best coaching room, and the warmest fireside you’ve ever been invited into. Before any agenda, someone produces instruments. Monte on bass. Billie on guitar. Angora singing. No rehearsal. No audience except each other. It has been happening for over thirty years and nobody has ever once suggested they stop.
